Did you get the SITREP? Winter Weather Warning sent out during the 17 February 2016 40m National Nets. This is just an example of more traffic handling training you’ll see as we move forward. Below is a screen shot of what you should have received if you have your flmsg forms loaded correctly. If you’re new to the Custom AmRRON Forms, then learn more at: https://www.amrron.com/2015/07/09/flmsg-forms-version-2-release/
No, the forms did not open. I was able to receive the SITREP forms send 2/4/16 and 2/9/16 and they opened automatically. I don’t think anything has changed on my computer. i also had the same problem on the 20 meter digital net yesterday afternoon (2/17/16). Conditions were very poor for both digital nets. Perhaps i dropped some key data during the transmission.
Did anyone else have a problem?
Location: SE Fla.
If both the sending and receiving stations do not have the latest (Version 2) v.2 AmRRON Custom Forms loaded, it will give an error notification. Both must have the same version of the form.
If the receiving station can see all the data coming in on the fldigi receive window but the flmsg form does not open, there are settings that were overlooked.
Finally, if there are poor band conditions resulting in loss or errors on the receiving end, that can prevent the flmsg program from opening and/or populating the forms.
This is why we train. Thanks so much for your feedback on this. I’d definitely like to know how many it worked fine for, versus those who did not have success.

What happened during the 80 m rolling net yesterday February 18? Was in LA CA area but heard nothing.
That’s strange. There was lots of traffic. I copied stations as far away as Arizona and one in California. Very interesting.
I heard traffic on the 40 m on February 17, but just didnt here any traffic from any Amrron stations. I live in the Central Valley, Ca. and I started listening early, at 4:30, just to make sure, I had my set up right. I heard quite a few stations. Tried until 6:00pm
