Sent as an email this morning to our Idaho (and surrounding states) members.
Several Idaho citizens have sent in SPOT reports related to dark blue government vehicles and trailers with external antennas. The vehicles were noticed by several patriots in Coeur d’Alene, ID.
The unit seen in Cd’A this week is confirmed as being from the Idaho National Guard’s 101st CST (Civil Support Team) WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) conducting a HAZMAT training exercise. As the Pacific Northwest states approach the June 2016 massive exercise, ‘Cascadia Rising’, we can expect to see an increased tempo in disaster response training activity. Very interesting nonetheless. I recommend taking note of the information linked below, and especially the communications capabilities listed.
Great job to those of you exercising vigilance and not ignoring unusual activity, and for saying something when you saw something that looked out of place. No need to be alarmed. This is legit training.
